Abundance of food-wheat, corn, grapes and the essence of all life, water
This is as much an affirmation of faith as it is a request. God is the source of all good things including everything we need for daily living. God is not just about the high and lofty things or about things "spiritual". God is about the ordinary, the everyday, even our bodies and those things that enable us to feel good and whole.

Heavenly Father, in you we live and move and have our being: We humbly pray you so to guide and govern us by your Holly Spirit, that in all the cares and occupations of our life we may not forget you, but may remember that we are ever walking in your sight; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen
